My December purchase developed those same problems around March, and I
swapped it out under warranty. Battery and phone both had unpredictable
charging behaviors. My USB and wall chargers are unchanged and both fine. The
AT&T 1.43 ROM seems faster, more resource-friendly and more stable.

dead" problem. Charge it every night, but suddenly in the morning when I turn it
off, it complains about being almost dead.

drop the "connection". Will not keep the "charging connection". I might buy one
charger being bad, but 3 seems very unlikely.

plug in the USB cable, the phone immediately shuts down. I had to power it back
on, connect ,several times before it finally stayed on. Then it charged just
fine. But it did the same thing last night AND caused my laptop to freeze.
