Hi,
We have a 2003 based domain and some shared folders which are meant for few
in the domain. When some one browse the network and every one is getting the
listing of shared folders , though they can not enter into it.
Please let me know how can i avoid listing of shared folders to every one.

Search on "access based enumeration" as use of this in
combination with DFS is probably about as close as you
can get with Windows shares. You can also make it so
that the sharing machines do not advertise themselves
so what they share would only be seen by casual browsing
in the DFS share.
