unsolicited audio on FC3

Threaded View
occasionally my audio card (FC3) spits out
an unsolicited word: "click me", or something like that.
Maybe it's amusing, maybe not...
How can I track and down and nuke the offending
piece of code? Is it a known virus?

As always -- especially with hardware related problems -- we need to
know what hardware (sound card/chip/driver) you're using.

Read something about this some time back and can't figure how to google
it up again:(

Using general terms + "click me" did not work.  Try it with your sound
card's name/model.

Can't even remember if it's strictly a FC distro problem.

At least it's not your imagination.

not much help, huh :(
