I need some help with the dumb behavior of XP. I can not beam any file via IR,
if XP does not

I remember in 98/ ME/ Win2k it was possible to beam any file, no matter if there
was another device
with IR or not. This way it did not matter whether the device was recognized..
Any insight on this?
