For a laptop 75C isn't really that hot if you are running lot of
I would make sure that the air vent on the bottom is completely open.
Also, you may want to look into buying a laptop chill pad. basically,
you set it on a pad with lots of fans to keep it cool. they usually
run off usb power and can sometimes double as a usb hub.

Open it up, and clean all components(Fan,heatpipe,
airducts), then make sure the heatpipe is well connected
to the surface of the processor,(if not,re-apply
after partly re-assembling, check proper operation
of the fan(s).
Use something like memtest to give the processor
a workout while checking the fan(s).
My desktop is running 46 C while running thunderbird.
