I have a sony vaio v505p with built in wifi card and since I've
installed sp2 (XPpro) the wifi doesn't work.
I downloaded all the drivers from sony website. The driver looks ok
but when I click on "show wifi networks in the area" it just doesn't
see any hot spots and I'm sure there are at list 6 around. Would XP
accept a wrong driver?
I had some problems finding the right drivers as the label on the
casing next to the LCD says PGN-V505P and the one on the bottom side
of the casing says PCG-661P. The drivers I downloaded are for PGN-
V505PA model.
Any ideas?
