Sony VAIO FS660 runs very hot

I purchased a Sony VAIO FS660 laptop for my daughter for college one
year ago.  She has noticed that it has been becoming hotter and hotter
to touch.  I agree--it is difficult to rest the computer in my hand,
which means the case must be at least 110 degrees or so, I would think.
We have vacuumed the case, hoping to suck out any dust inside but
there was no effect.

Does anyone have any experience with this model?

Typically, you need to open the case and physically remove debris
adhered to the inlet of the heat pipe cooler.  You might use a can of
compressed gas "computer cleaner" injected into the case vent to blow
debris out the fan inlet.  If you can see the fan, restrain the fan with
a paper clip to prevent overspeeding when doing this.
