My Pavilion has it. It writes the current session to disc and restores it
in a fraction of the time a full boot takes.

   My only complaint is that I have to reset the time and date because it
comes up with the time & date from the moment of the disc write.

   I often need to boot up the laptop to get database or scheduling
information when I am on the road. This feature takes the tedium out of a
full bootup.
