Just recently I released a bit of freeware called WebArchive Folderizer
that may meet your needs. If you save a page from within Safari to one
of it's "webarchive" files, you end up with a single binary file that
contains all of the content from the page. With WAF, you can then turn
this into a folder hierarchy mimicking the original organization of the
As an added bonus, if you enter the following command in Terminal:
defaults write com.splook.WebArchive-Folderizer WAFImagesOnly 1
Then any archives you extract will only have the pictures (so you don't
have to dig through html, css, js, etc files).
