I am doing some market research for a client and was hoping you all
could help me out.
My client wants to offer end of lease prep services for midsize and
large companies - services to include data eradication, recycling,
logistics, and prep type of stuff. Most of the OEM's have recycling
and logistics partners, we were thinking about partnering with them as
well. My questions....
1. What are the costs that are typically incurred at end-of-lease when
dealing with an OEM?
2. How do you think a local recycler can offer services to end-of-lease
that are beneficial.
3. In the Northeast, do most businesses lease or own computers? Is
there some type of profile of a vertical or company that would lease

terms of recycling services will be most appreciated.
