Is there any generality or known way to adjust the friction of the hinges
that support the screen on a laptop/notebook?
My sister's cover just flops in the breeze. I'm pretty certain on one has

access and a release to separate the screen, but don't see anything thta
would contribute the friction other than a friction fit. I don't plan to
disassemble it, so I won't go any furhter into it at the moment.
