rate this thread
is something relatively small, and is capable of supporting decent graphics.
The size requirement is due to my work. I don't travel far, but work
between two offices and don't want to lug a huge notebook around. The
graphics requirement comes from my gaming habit. Right now I'm playing
World of Warcraft quite a bit, but I do play the occasional FPS.
The best match so far is an Alienware m5500 with the optional graphics
card (Nvida Go 6600, 256MB).
The downside to the Alienware system seems to be price - by the time I
get done it comes out to about $2000.
I'm wondering if anyone has any experience, opinions, or alternative
that I should look at.
