Got an Acer Aspire Studio 7520, which has for some reason has started
playing up. when i press the "on" button the "on" light just keeps going on
and off. the laptop wont boot. then if i leave it flashing for 5 maybe 10
minutes it'll load windows and run ok. if i need to reboot it'll just go
back to flashing and not boot. while its in this state i can't turn it off
at all, only if i pull the battery out. i exchanged the memory, hardrive,
and reseated the cpu and blown the fans out. Anyone please help me on this

A flashing light means hardware power problems. Although make sure there
is no pattern of short and long flashes and then it repeats the cycle.
This is known as a beep code. And all BIOS manufacture uses different
beep codes from one another.
But if the flashing power light is steady without short and long
flashes, it is a power problem. And it thinks the voltage is either too
high or too low. You already swapped out the memory and the hard drive,
which are things to try. Next remove the optical drive and make sure it
isn't drawing too much current.
If you didn't already try this, but run it on AC with the battery
removed. As the battery might be shot and drawing too much current.
If nothing helps yet, next is to replace the AC adapter. I would try to
get one of those universal ones, so you could use it on many different
laptops. The only thing left if that fails is the motherboard needs
