I have an Inspiron 8200 and it works great besides one thing, the
mouse after about 15 or so minutes starts working its way up to teh
corner of the screen and gets faster and faster, and before I know it
it has worked its way to the corner of the screen to just stay there
until I restart the computer to reset the mouse. Is anyone else
having this problem? Anyone know a solution?

You might want to search for discussion on this on the DellTalk discussion

What sticks in my mind is that some people attribute this to the pointing
stick being activated by the keyboard assembly.   Try disabling the pointing
stick via the touchpad driver properties.

That is due (not limited to Dell's) to the trackpoint (eraser pointer)
recalibrating itself. Leave it alone for a bit and it will 'fix' itself.

The latest drivers from Dell seem to minimize this.

Re: Inspiron 8200 Mouse Issue

I looked for drivers on the dell page (pain) and I didn't see a fix,
but I am going to just get all the up-to date drivers.
