Java Software onto my computer, I started experiencing a wierd problem
with my laptop: After I start/restart the computer, the Windows XP
screen comes on with the scrolling wait bar. This is normal....
BUT, the LCD Screen goes blank when the window to select a User is
supposed to be displayed! I can connect another monitor up to the
laptop and actually see what is supposed to be displayed on the
HOW CAN I GET THE COMPUTER TO WORK PROPERLY AGAIN? Is there a setting
that I can change (back) that will display the window properly? In
safe mode, the LCD monitor works great, but I can't find out which
program is causing this problem (or setting that is causing this

Try using Fn-F7 to change the display back to the LCD.
If Fn-F7 works, then you have something in WIN... that is changing to
the other display. Check your settings.
Another thing to try is to get a Linux bootable CD. Try this and see if
the same thing happens. If it doesn't, it's definitely a WIN... software
