How to powerup notebook from S4 (hibernate) or better S5(power off) mode in Windows

Could someone geive me an answer to my question: Is there a notebook
running only on batteries, that can wake up from S4 or S5 state with a
timer, (so without the ac chord connected --> Dell latitude had a timer
option but the ac chord needed to be connected bios version A16).

There is also a task scheduler in windows that has a wake up option to
wake the computer out of hibernation mode and the possibilities to
ignore the fact that the computer is running on batteries (as far as I
know I guess windows XP is talking about notebooks...).
Also on msdn they are talking how to implement it in C++ using a System
Wake-up Events and it works ... on a desktop but not on a notebook I
guess since I have tried this function on 5 different laptops (desktop
is no problem).

So if there is anybody who knows a new generation notebook that OR has
a timer in the bios to power up the notebook without the ac chord
connected OR knows a notebook where task scheduler can wake up the
notebook from S4 hibernation mode, please let me know because I am
thinking that it is a bug in Windows (the task scheduler),

thank you for your time! George
