Have a look around this forum:
Some people there have successfully tried overclocking on the M6NE and they
might also know which processor the BIOS supports.
Well - you could give it a try then. But depending on your current
processor don't expect too much of a performance increase - not to mention
the loss of warranty. After all the processor is just one factor - and for
many applications on laptops usually the slow harddisk is the bottleneck.
Also consider that a Pentium M with 2.1 Ghz could produce more heat, which
either means that the fan is working more or that the thermal design of the
laptop can't deal with it. So after installing the cpu I would monitor the
temperature for a while with one of the usual tools. You can see the
