A friend has asked me to fix their laptop. I'm no expert on these
things so I've got a bit stuck on something that should be very easy.
It needs a new hard drive (I found) but I can't remove the old one. I
followed the instructions in the manual saying to remove the screws and
then to let it gently slide out. But this hard drive is stuck solid. I
don't think it's really the hard drive, the black bit of plastic that
you pull on is firlmy attached on the opposite side to the screws. It's
stuck on the sliver surround of the keyboard as if there's some other
screw that I should be removing but I can't see anything.
