I was looking at laptops today and I see they come with "P", "T", and it
appears "SU" processor chips.  Is there anywhere I can find out what
features come with these chips and which one is the best?

Intel's processor spec finder ( )
should give you all the details you need.

As for which one is "best", that depends on what you're looking for (raw
performance, power consumption, etc.)
