Compaq/HP Customer Service Experience

Had a problem with my Presario 2195 last Sat. Sent an e-mail at about 6am
est. describing my problem. Within an hour I had a response and instructions
about sending my unit in for Warranty repair.

Tues. @ 3pm Fed-Ex picked up my laptop in NC, delivered it to Compaq/HP Wed.
mornin in CA, and by Friday at 10:30am  I had it back and fixed.

Not bad support for them I guess. I'm happy!
