Fujitsu: nice quality machines, don't depend on any help after the fact.  A
couple email messages I sent about BIOS restrictions on upgrades were sent
terse "you can't do that" responses.  They will flatly deny that their
machines can be modified/upgraded in any way, even to the point of saying
you shouldn't change the hard drive.  Also, there doesn't seem to be much
after-sales support, such as driver updates - which are very infrequent - or
BIOS updates, which are almost nonexistent.

Luckily, I have not needed their help or service for an actual PROBLEM with
the machine.

I'm using an ASUS M6BNe, accustomed from the local reseller.  It's
been great from the hardware point of view.  I've had no trouble with
XP Pro, only when I instigate a problem.  I use mine for CAD/CAM, with
no software and hardware issues.
