I can't get my 360CSE to boot up. The battery seems to
be charged, and it seems to turn on, but there's this
pesky "Z" light that comes on. It's the light over the
symbol on the far right:


I would love to know what all these symbols mean, but
mostly the two on the far right.

The symbol on the far right (the tilted Z) is the power-on indicator:
"The computer is operational. This indicator is on when the computer
is on and not in suspend mode."

The next one to the left (the line with a v in the middle) is the
suspend indicator: "Green: The computer is in suspend mode. Blinking
green: The computer is entering suspend mode or hibernation mode, or
is resuming normal operation."
