The issue here is not one of language, but of how you will manage to get
repairs done on your machine should it need some.
I ran into this problem with an Acer bought in the US (and registered
there) and moved to Finland where Acer is represented (as opposed to
Australia, apparently). I actually ended up shipping my machine back to
the US since the local Acer shop had no parts for my machine.
Depending on how you got your machine, your best bet is to register it
where you bought it, even if you have to make up a fictitious address.
Should you need repairs, just say you have moved and give your actual
