grrr more problems?
I noticed the cord on AC power supply had one little section that was
Took some 'wire strippers' to look at it. Cut out a section.
Seems the wire can go bad after years of twisting and turning or
I can't solder some new wire?
NO--THEY WANT YOU TO BUY A NEW UNIT.
They seem to love making these things where you can't open the actual
'converter'. A hacksaw?
All I need to do is patch some new wire into where I cut it.
QUESTION:Any special wire? It looks like some small coaxial cable but
possible aluminum shielding? Solder aluminum?
My old CTX laptop. I'm now using another unit that came with my Compaq
laptop. Same plug and 19 volts so?
I'm sure some have had the wire go defective and go buy a whole new one
just over wire?
