I'm try to find a new laptop; core duo, or core 2 duo, 15,1" 1024x768,
antiglare, xp, without built-in microphone.
I think about hp or ibm/lenovo but i could consider other choices

Can anyone help me ?

That will really restrict your options. Would permanent, physical
disabling of the microphone (i.e. ripping it out) count?
