When I try to open iTunes, it will not open and the following error message
is prompted:

DDE Server Window: iTunes.exe - Bad Image The application or DLL
C:\windows\system32\ksuser.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check
this against your installation diskette.

I have Windows XP, AVG Anti Virus, Windows Defender, and my Windows firewall
is active. My security updates stay current. AVG Anti Virus scans each
night.

Also, I have received the following error message when trying to open/
listen to a voice mail delivered to me via e-mail:

0xC00D11BA: Cannot play the file
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with
your sound device, such as a sound card or sound controller.

Error ID = 0xC00D11BA, Condition ID = 0x00000000

FYI...On 4/9/08 and 4/10/08, my AVG Anti Virus captured Trojan Horse Generic
10.ITI. Since then, I have run multiple programs and my system seems to be
clean.

Recent changes to my computer........I added new RAM and downloaded Apple's
Safari.

This issue occurred within the last few days.

What can I do to correct this problem?

Regards,

Scott

iTunes still does not open / work. I think I am having problems with
multiple DLL's.

I have XP Medic. It says everything is OK.

Also, I cannot open Support and Help in the Start section.

Frustrating......
