When using VOIP, customer is not able to make an outgoing call, where the
number starts with the country code "+xx". He is trying to dial from his
address book.
When he dials the same number without the country code, there is no issues.
For example, when he tries to dial +39 xxx xxx xxxx, the unit gives an error
message - "not possible to engage the call".
If the same number is dialed with 0039xxx xxx xxxx, the call goes through.
