This is a FAQ - you need a password reset utility to change local admin
password.
I use NTpasswd (http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html)
I even put it on my MP3 player, as the utility is often utilised
(http://sl.mvps.org/docs/PasswordResetUSBDrive.htm)
