Thanks Dylan, I read it all.
But did not find out if I am allowed to post the request I have.

I am from the Netherlands, building my own sites for selling portraits
made in my studio in Manila. Since a short while I launched a site I
want to use for sales in the USA.
It is hosted by a Dutch low-cost provider who does a great job for me
here in Europe.

Since my business is images ti will not surprise you that my site shows
images.
What I would like to ask the groups members from the US:
- how is the performance of the pages, havind big images.
But since I sell portraits that may look like advertising.

Can I ask or is that against the rules?

Go ahead. I don't think that such a post (asking about site performance)
would be considered spam, likewise a post asking if folk could actually
see a site wouldn't either.

As long as you don't post something like "here's my site - buy my stuff"
or "I found this great site: ..." then it's probably okay :)
