Why would you want to look at these files? As far as I know they are just
files that Windows (or Internet Explorer) creates whilst it is working. They
may not have any useful information in them. At best they will just be
copies of web pages that you have viewed recently. So if you want to see
those it's better to re-visit the same sites.
