My ISP is Earthlink. I have a dial-up connection. My OS is Windows Media
Center Edition 2005. After disconnecting from the internet, then
reconnecting, my Internet Explorer will not open unless i restart the
computer. Also, during shut down, the "END PROGRAM" window pops up for
Earthlink Task Panel, and sometimes for Internet Explorer.
