Hi Ann,
Which model of iPAQ do you have and what operating system are you using on
your computer?
To be able to sync with Outlook 2007, you would require to install
ActiveSync 4.5 or WMDC depending on the operating system you use on your
computer. If its an older model of iPAQ running pre-Pocket PC 2002
operating system then it won't be supported. You can refer the following
