Hi,


My iPAQ hx2790 (Windows Mobile 5) has been synchronizing with our
exchange server for a while without a problem, but just yesterday I
deleted some items from my inbox and moved some others to another
folder and when I synchronized the changes did not appear in Outlook on
my PC!

At the time I was using a Bluetooth Internet connection via my
cellphone, but later I tried with WiFi and the USB cradle and it still
didn't work. I also tried deleting the ActiveSync association to my PC
and trying to sync again, but it still didn't work.

The strange thing is that I am able to delete or move other messages as
usual, but whatever I try to do with those particular messages from
last night, I cannot get the changes to be reflected on my PC. It's as
if the ActiveSync selectively ignores those messages.

Right now the inbox on my iPAQ is inconsistent with the one on my PC
and it's driving me NUTS! Does anybody know how I could resolve this
issue?

Can you try a soft reset first of all?

Can you get the administrator to check for any problems on their end,
ie check the Exchange log files?
