I use Outlook 2003 and everytime I did anything to affect the state of
Outlook emails (delete, move, mark as unread, closed) Outlook would crash.
It is as if the there was a conflict between the two; Outlook was
reading/writing the .PST file and Search was trying to read at the same
time.
Short story, I had to un-install.
Just my experience.
