This piece of code is fully XHTML 1.0 Frameset validated. But how do I
remove that ugly white horizontal bar between the topFrame and the
mainFrame? I could use border=3D"0" frameborder=3D"0" framespacing=3D"0" as
attributes of the frameset but that would ru=EFn the W3C validation.

Any ideas? Is CSS a sollution here?

'Here' in c.i.w.a.h., unlike c.i.w.a.s., it would be off topic.  But
basically the facts haven't changed since yesterday in n.i.w.o.

I notice you have noresize="noresize" in the top frame but not the main.
