why does this pg not validate?
it doesn't like attr's like "frameborder"...
is there an attribute "frameborder" and all others needed for frames in
CSS? I looked here, http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/ and couldn't find
frameborder, framespacing, marginheight, etc in CSS..
I know most people don't like frames, but technically, it seems to me,
if frames were prohibited in XHTML a doctype like this
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Frameset//EN"
wouldn't exist, no???
also: is this
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml " xml:lang="en" lang="en">
always necessary when doing XHTML? (instead of plain <html> tag..)
