It probably depends on whether the quote is a full sentence. Often the
pull quote is just part of a sentence. You could use ellipsis to
indicate this, but that may be optional.

I'm not sure this is necessary, the intent is probably obvious from the
context, and lists are often kept terse. Imagine a dentist who lists
their services:

* Toothaches
* Cavities
* Cosmetic dentistry

The first two are problems that they treat, the last is a service they
perform. No one would find this confusing or at all problematic. It
would be unnecessary to write:

* Treating toothaches
* Filling cavities
* Performing cosmetic dentistry

Display your pages in the usual way, then, for each, Select All, Copy,
them Paste into Word or another application with a spelling checker.

Or paste into a Translate service, translating into a language you more-
or-less know.  Many mis-spelt words will not be translated, and will be
obvious on inspection.

Or translate into a language such as Arabic.  Words that still look
English will be uncommon, acronyms, or mistakes.

Unless, of course, like "Best wishes, Osmo", it's not truly a sentence.
