cache-control headers

Sorry for the possible OT; ciwah seems like the most appropriate

I'm failing to tell Firefox 3.5.7 to get a truly fresh copy of an html
page when I press reload. Instead, FF insists upon using an earlier
copy of that page, which has form input data left over from the
previous load. I'm doing something wron, but what?

My C-language CGI puts out headers with this function:

printNoCache ( void ) {
  printf("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT%c", 10);
  printf("Cache-control: no-cache%c", 10);
  printf("Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8%c%c", 10, 10);

What must I do clear the cache every time?
