Perhaps you should specify what you are hoping to accomplish.
Computer accounts certainly can be used to grant access permission
on shares and the underlying files/folders. However, such grants
are only meaningful if the access to those is going to be done by
a process running as Local System or as Network Service on the
remote, domain joined machine that will be accessing the share
storage. For example, we set permissions to startup and shutdown
scripts so that these can be read by domain joined machines but
cannot be read by users.
