Is the error message you're seeing "C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt The
system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.?"

Most times this error can be resolved by copying the file "autoexec.nt" from
C:\WINDOWS\REPAIR to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32.
(note: you may have to adjust your folder view to show hidden/system files)

If that doesn't do the trick see;
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=324767

There is an automated fix @ http://www2.whidbey.net/djdenham/16bit_fix.htm

Frequently this problem crops up as a result of changes made by
ad/spy/malware so you may want to consider doing some system maintenance.

Hi Sinclair,

Right click on the application shortcut and select Properties.
Select the Compatibility Tab and tick the box "Run this program in
compatibility mode for: Windows 95".

This should help.
