hi

I have successfully converted the dgn(Microstation) file into shape
file(ARcMAP).through FME
and through arctoolbox i have converted text layer into annotation
layer .
the problem is
whenever i tryied to convert the shape file into dgn format all the
feature like line polygon, shape converted correctly but text layer
showing points.

i am unable to converte the annotation layer from arcmap to dgn
format.
can anybody help me how can i convert text shape layer into dgn format
thourgh FME
or another method
i will be thank ful plz mail me

Manoj,

When I have done this in the past, I have used ArcGIS 9x, ArcInfo
Desktop, ArcMap to convert my shapefile points as labels to feature
class annotation. I then use ArcCatalog to export to a DWG (I get an
'endless loop' error on export to DGN), then open the DWG with
Microstation and save as a DGN.

I hope this helps.
