Hi,
Would you be able to tell me how to connect my desktop pc computer to a
small display-screenlike device(im not sure if pdas accept input vga
info). I want to be able to use a handheld/pda/mini screen/ mini tv as
a monitor for the my desktop computer

the reason; the hovel I have been living in for the last two years gets
very cold and draughty(drafty) in winter even with the heating on, and
I wish be able to use my computer while staying warm under the
duvets(bedblankets)

Thanks for your help inadvance
regards
anthony

Wow, Anthony, this is a harsh environment there! Why did not you move to
another hotel?

Anyways, I hope this will warm you up a little bit: yes, there is a
solution that involves RealVNC desktop sharing software

http://www.realvnc.com

You would have to install the VNC server on your desktop and VNC client,
such as this one:
http://www.cs.utah.edu/~midgley/wince/vnc.html
on your pocket PC. The Pocket PC will have to be connected via a LAN or a
WLAN to the desktop PC.
It is probably not going to be too convenient just because of the lack of
the screen real estate on your PDA, but at least you can do something
without catching a flu.

Good luck!
