You can put in the robots.txt file for the pages not to be cached and
specify which, or all, search engines should follow that rule. MSN is
stated to honor robots.txt files to my knowledge.

There is also a META tag for requesting the pages not to be cached but
that may be unreliable as many search engines ignore some of the META
tags.

Once you have that in place, then you contact the search engine and
request them to remove the cached copy of the pages if you don't wish
to wait for the next update of their index to remove those pages.

Or you could get busy busy with updating the material and get the site
respidered and get the old cache written over. I'd do both.
