Please log in for more thread options It's not uncommon. Typically, there are screws under the keyboard that
hold the top and bottom together. Doing this without a service manual
and/or training is VERY risky.
Even after you get all of the screws removed, there are still "snaps"
that will probably hold it together quite firmly.
