 I need to synchronies the desktop application data file with smartphone
application data file.

current I am doing it manually it work fine, how can do it automatically
just like we can sync files in 'pocket pc'

 Connect your Phone to your PC, when Activsync comes up, click
tools>options>then select "Files" (looks like a folder with two blue arrows).
Use that folder to sync.

No files option dose not appeared while connecting with smart phone , it
work fine with pocket PC

Are you running ActiveSync 4.1.0 ?

Yes, I am usingActiveSync 4.1.0
