I just bought this External IDE Case for my computer running on Abit
KA7RA with AMD 1700 and 1 Gig Memory.
I used Hard Drive which is currently working in my computer. My
computer recognizes both the interface of IEEE and USB, I can see it
in System Device control but not in Explorer. Why it should be so,

You can try to go into "Administrative Tools" in Control Panel, then
When that opens up, click on "Disk Management" in the tree in the left
pane, then see if you can see the drive in the right/bottom pane.
If the drive doesn't have a drive letter, right click and select "Assign
drive letter", and select a drive letter. You should then be able to
see the drive in Windows.
