I have 2 sticks of DDR SDRAM PC3200 (512meg each) and then one memory
Can I add another stick, but 1 Gig to make the PC 2gig or do all the
sticks have to be the same value?
Just to clarify I'd then have 2x512meg and 1x1gig....

Re: RAM Quickie
If you tell us more about the motherboard brand and model number, or
the computer brand and model number, we can give better feedback.
If you don't want to do that, you can get some free information
from www.crucial.com or www.kingston.com . Both of those companies
have search engines for RAM upgrades, with thousands of computers
For a 1GB DDR stick of RAM, don't buy it from Ebay. Buy virtually
anything else, but don't buy 1GB DDR there. The problem is, most
of 1GB DDR RAM on Ebay is "high density" and not likely to make
you happy in the long run. Reputable sellers like Crucial or
Kingston, will sell you good RAM.
