shelf a Compaq Keyboard with a PS2 connector.
I found on e-bay adapters from PS2 to USB.
I tried one of these on my computer this morning. It's running on XP. It
detects the keyboard but won't install any driver. Of course I've no
administrator rights. And I'm not an XP expert. Win98SE is still working
fine at home !
First, should the computer detect the keyboard and automatically install the
drivers or shall I ask the administrator to install a specific one ?
Second, after I googled a lot, I couldn't manage to find tech specs for Kbd
PS2 outputs vs. USB specs. Is it possible that the levels aren't compatible
