However, what I have found is that instead of running the CPU at 200FSB and
15x, instead overclocking the FSB to 300mhz and lowering the multplier to
10x (which still gives 3Ghz) gives just as big an increase in performance
without the required voltage increase.
Based as they are on the 90nm manufacturing process, these CPUs are close to
their maximum speed anyway.
