Is there a decent video card with PVR that isn't too weak for gaming and
will not have problems in Linux? (I don't expect to run the TV in linux,
just use the normal video). I only want to spend <$120.

I realize it might be easier to simply get a separate tv card, so what
separate video card w/out TV would be good for around $85?

"weak for gaming" is somewhat relative, but at the $85 mark
none of them are very strong.  Radeon 9600 Pro would be my
choice there except I dont' even like ATI's windows drivers,
doubt Linux support is fair to consider.  Current *regular*
lowest pricing for nVidia cards puts the FX5700 just under
that budget but the FX5xxx series was much slower at DX9
games.  Ideally for DX9 support and Linux you'd be looking
for best deal possible on a Geforce 6600.
